The Spawntime Guesstimator was originally a project for tracking the gate openings in the Outzone playfields of Anarchy-Online. It was created by Glarawyn. It was initially created by as a webpage. Glarawyn later created a BeBot plugin that would update from the guesstimator webpage. On Rubi-Ka 1, the webpage was updated by Campalot. The service was praised by many players including Game Director Means.
